13-year old cyclist seriously injured in Inverclyde bus collision

The boy was in collision with the single-decker bus in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde, at about 8.30pm on Saturday 25th September 2012.

He was initially taken to Inverclyde Royal Hospital in Greenock with serious head injuries, but was later transferred to the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow, where his condition was described as serious.

Strathclyde Police appealed for information about the crash, which happened on Bardrainney Avenue at its junction with Moss Road.
