62-year-old male cyclist killed in Harlow

The cyclist was hit by a car at the junction between Elizabeth Way and Parndon Mill Lane, in Harlow.

It is not known whether the cyclist was using the cycle track at this point. The driver – a 31-year-old woman, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and has been released on bail.
