Cyclist seriously injured in crash with van on the A96 in Moray, NE Scotland

A 29-year-old male cyclist was seriously injured in the crash on the A96. He had been cycling from Elgin to Lhanbryde when he was hit by a van.

The van driver, a 47-year-old man, has so far not been arrested.
