Junaid Ali Khan, 12, killed in crash with car in Chorlton, Manchester

Junaid Ali Khan suffered serious injuries when he was hit by a car on Saturday, 10th afternoon.

The crash occurred on Brantingham Road, in the Chorlton area.

A police spokesman said “We have spoken to the driver, but I would ask anybody who may have witnessed the collision or have information to make contact with my team.”

It is estimated that this is the 18th death of a cyclist in 2012, however figures are subject to official confirmation.
